My weight is dropping with absolutely no effort on my part. Is it because of the
Explorer superfoods, such as the carob powder I'm adding to the oat bran? Or maybe it's the homemade breakfast sausage made from ground lamb and ground turkey? It's strange. Generally I tend to gain weight as I spiral into Winter.
