I searched for a compatible diet for all of my adult life and finally found one that works, the Blood Type Diet (BTD). I'm not going to throw that away to become vegan. Yet within the BTD, dairy is an "avoid" as in the vegan diet, and I can create some beneficial meals that require no animal-derived products.
