I've not been weighing myself too frequently -- I seem to be staying at the same weight. But recently I did more fasting, so I figured I'd get another measurement. And I'm lower in weight and body fat than I've been in many years. Note that I've not been measuring waist size due to time constraints.
Waist = 37.5"
Height = 5' 7"
