The first one especially is so sweet! The way you've composed it, the house almost looks like a cute little lego house. And everything looks so nice and lush in your part of the world!
Re your question about whether a fence was between me and the animals at the zoo: In many parts of that zoo people are allowed to just enter the animal enclosures if they choose. I chose to. It was fun :)
I've taken that shot before in winter. It's not actually a house but a large shed! But by looking like a house and being small, it seems to make nature Big.
