I mentioned before that I am avoiding cold foods and raw foods in order to mitigate Spleen Qi Deficiency. But I'm also incorporating
food combining principles. I often need to buy prepared food, and I've been even more frustrated than ever trying to find suitable prepared meals.
Eventually it dawned on me that if I chose non-dairy vegetarian (or vegan) meals, the food combining would be effortless.
So I use animal protein in my own cooking, and I buy vegan prepared meals.
