I'm eligible to get the vaccine, but I haven't bothered. The vaccine doesn't protect against any variants, and right now the rate of infection from the variants is higher than that of the "original" virus.

Wednesday Weigh-In 20210407

My first weigh-in of 2021!

Quick update is that I'm healthy, and I never had CoVid-19 or any symptoms. However, my wife was in hospice in December and got released back into the land of the living a couple of months ago.

It's comforting to know that something like hospice exists. It almost makes up for the lack of support for euthanasia.

So what kind of diet am I on now? No diet. I eat pretty much anything that's not processed. But I practice food combining, especially avoiding eating grains with animal protein. This makes digestion easier.
