Wednesday Weigh-In 20220518

One day I added a small amount of cold water to a nearly-empty jar of tomato sauce and shook the jar. I was merely rinsing out the jar before I put it with the recycling. But on impulse, I decided to drink the water. It tasted just like a popular tomato-y vegetable juice. I plan to drink the rinse water from tomato sauce jars every time, now. As well, I think I'd enjoyed the rinse water from jars of salsa.
