Wednesday Weigh-In 20140122
It's cold again here in the Northeast USA. The temperature now is 6F or -15C. But I still wear my fall jacket, plus a flannel shirt and sweater. I haven't done much walking.

I haven't done much walking either. A new walking track will built down the street from me but it has been too cold.
I hope you get warmer weather soon! It's too easy to get into a habit of non-exercise.
In my case, I have a hyperactive dog, so I get outside for at least five minutes in the morning and the evening.
