Wednesday Weigh-In 20150304

Warmer weather is predicted for next week. I hope to resume walking, if I can find the time. Unfortunately the paved trails haven't been cleared of snow and the roads are still dangerous because the snow banks make it difficult to step out of the road in an emergency. (Gosh, did I just talk myself out of walking! Sheesh!)
