I was sick on Tuesday with nausea and diarrhea, and I felt extremely weak and fatigued. This had the effect of somewhat resetting my weight and appetite.

Weight = 174.5 lb.
Fat = 19%
BMI = 25.77
Waist = 41.0"
Height = 5' 9"
