Wednesday Weigh-In 20230216

Well I seem to be regressing. I've been devouring chocolate. And I've been eating until I feel full rather than stopping when I'm no longer hungry. There's a huge distinction. Perhaps this is due to some combination of cold weather and the fact that I've been drinking more coffee.

Waist = 38.25"
Height = 5' 7"
