Wednesday Weigh-In 20220720

I'm surprised that my weight and fattiness numbers are lower this week. I'd pigged out on brownies last night. As if the brownies themselves weren't bad enough, I spread Nutella on top and embedded milk chocolate chips in that gooey top layer.

Waist = 42.0"
Height = 5' 7"
