Wednesday Weigh-In 20100818

I think my body is sensing that summer will be over soon. I'm already starting to feel the urge to eat a bit more, especially in the evening. It could just be that I'm not going to bed early enough and that I'm tired.

Waist = 37.5"

Your weigh-ins are helpful to remind me: DON'T EAT--MOVE. That's a sign I made. Trouble is that after a few days, I don't notice the sign anymore.

I used to do a weigh-in before I got dressed every morning, but with my daily hikes, I don't keep track anymore.

Thanks for commenting! I'm glad this is helpful.

It's great that you hike every day. You'd probably notice a weight gain just from how much effort it takes for you to walk, so the weigh-in might not be important for you.

My wife and I would hike every weekend. But after her attack of myelitis in 2006, we just about manage a short walk around the neighborhood each weekend.
