I started a ketogenic diet on Thursday evening, right after visiting with my Naturopathic Doctor. As well, I'm tracking my food intake on MyFitnessPal. For the "induction phase" I'm including full fat dairy in my diet. This includes feta cheese and goat cheese, plain whole milk yogurt and organic half and half. I'm trying to keep my intake of net carbs to 30 grams or less, but it's extremely challenging.
