I am intrigued. Why are you interested?
Because I am often mindless!
But more seriously, I often complain that the day is too short, and I wonder how time can pass so quickly. It does this (to me) because I don't pay attention. So mindfulness is very important to me.
A few of my earlier posts that are tagged "Meditation" give better background on this, too. There's this post, which you commented on, for example. Another good example is Why I Meditate.
