Every time you pass through a door direct your attention to the present for a moment.
I am intrigued. Why are you interested?
Because I am often mindless! But more seriously, I often complain that the day is too short, and I wonder how time can pass so quickly. It does this (to me) because I don't pay attention. So mindfulness is very important to me.A few of my earlier posts that are tagged "Meditation" give better background on this, too. There's this post, which you commented on, for example. Another good example is Why I Meditate.Thank you so much for reading and commenting, Grand Sir!
There is a remarkable book that I recommend to all my young mentees which may be of interest to you too. http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/16256798-the-one-thingYou may make up your mind after you read the reviews at the bottom. PDF downloads are available.
