Wednesday Weigh-In 20150114

I eliminated excess dairy from my diet in order to reduce the bloating. Turns out you can get almond milk added to your coffee instead of milk / cream. I do feel much better, even though the numbers below don't reflect any difference from last week.

Waist = 41"
Height = 5' 9"
