Wednesday Weigh-In 20120208

I've noticed that a low carb diet has reduced my cravings for sweets by a significant amount. I still have urges due to emotional or energy level issues, though.

And even though I've added fat while cutting back on grains, my weight has held steady. This is contrary to what calorie-counting dieters (such as those who follow Weight Watchers) are told.

Waist = 37.5"
Height = 5' 9"
