Wednesday Weigh-In 20130710

Such a large increase of weight in just one week! My nasal congestion has abated, so I've tapered the over-the-counter decongestants. My guess is that they had diuretic properties that kept my weight artificially low.

Waist = 36.75"
Height = 5' 9"
