Wednesday Weigh-In 20130717

I thought I'd take a chance on a little ice cream last night. This was an especially potent combination -- chocolate fudge brownie. Not only do I suffer from the dairy but I get the effects of wheat, as well. And I don't know what it is about fudge toppings, but that affects me, too. So the increase in waist is probably due to this.

Waist = 37.25"
Height = 5' 9"
