I'm driving in a city, like Detroit, looking for an addiction treatment center. I realize that it's dangerous to wander around in an unfamiliar city, but I keep going slower and slower. There's a white unmarked van behind me. Eventually it pulls around me and passes me. I see lots of non-description concrete buildings, and the sky is bright but completely overcast.
I'm driving very slowly with water on my right. [This could be northbound on Steve Yzerman Drive.] But now I'm walking. I decide to ask someone. I encounter a group of about six teens wearing hoodies. They don't seem dangerous at all. They might be musicians.
