I have been eating "avoids" -- foods that are not right for my Blood Type. For example, hummus (from chickpeas) might be causing bloating. And yesterday I harvested, cooked and ate our first wild mushroom -- a puffball. Last year, the Hen of the Woods I ate caused some stomach bloating and irritation.
