I'm all done with the prescription medication, but I'm still taking Mucinex and using a neti pot and saline spray. I feel that the infection can come back if I eat poorly.

Weight = 156.5 lb.
Fat = 15%
BMI = 23.11
Waist = 37.0"
Height = 5' 9"
