I'm not at all concerned about gaining weight from a large Thanksgiving meal tomorrow. Usually when I load my plate with turkey and vegetables, and when I include only a heaping tablespoon of mashed potato and cranberry sauce, I'd lose a little weight. The things that I need to avoid are: gravy (because of the wheat, not the fat), stuffing, soda, all desserts.
